Hello Friends:
On the COC foundation front we would like to continue to raise money for the students in our Kinal education project. Times are difficult for them and they are in need of our financial support.
Our foundation is participating on a community event on Saturday, October 4th at Mac Arthur Park from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The idea is for COC to host a children's' activity booth and have a fundraising table with merchadise from the Jolom Mayetik (girl's clothing) project and snacks. We will need volunteers to help out during the event at our booth. Please let me know if you friends or family are able to help. Right now, we need all the help we can get.
